The really tricky part is creating a great place to work so that your job posts are marketing and not just propaganda. By all accounts, PostHog has succeeded with both.

Didn't expect this take on job posts, but it's insightful how showcasing real projects, like those for AI workloads, directly reflects current project-based teacing methodologies.
