Great read! PostHog was the first company I applied to after completing a web development bootcamp. The company reallly makes you feel like you want to be a part of it 😊
I love the SuperWeek concept! Do you have an article I can look at on how it works behind the scenes? What are they working on, how much time is spent on onboarding them (and how do you minimize it), what interactions do they have with other people - and so on.
I would love to hear about it from their eyes too!
Lottie doing the most out here. Saving you from ol' hairy thumb
For real. iirc, James H designed hairy thumb on a napkin. That might not be true, but it's now my headcanon.
i used figma, but same thing
on a napkin with a crayon I'm pretty sure
I LOVE this. You are the company everyone should learn from. Culture, transparency, attention to detail, everything.
Thanks Leonardo

So we actually shared how they work a bit with Lenny for a piece he wrote: https://www.lennysnewsletter.com/p/adding-a-work-trial-to-your-interview
It is on our long list of things to write about, though. We've touched on here and there, but never done a post just on that topic.
Thanks, that’s a great reference.
Looking forward to your deeper dive :)
I love this.
